The trainers give you confidence to go beyond what you think you are capable of. The program is varied, fun and exhausting all at the same time. I am fitter, stronger and more confident working out now.” After she finished the bootcamp with us she wrote to say ” If you want to kick start your fitness, this is the place! After 2 weeks I improved my fitness, cardio fitness and became stronger. The activities are varied and are so much fun. Moreover, long days of hard work which is super challenging but the trainers push you to your limit and encourage you to go that little bit further. Hence, I would totally recommend if you are looking for that kick start!”

Nelson came to see us all the way from the China and his goals were to be fit, lose a few kilos and to be more athletic. Here is what he said about his fitness holiday in the sun “I joined the Fresh Start Bootcamp in mid-November 2016 and was greeted by Richard, one of the owners and assistant Tuwan who were great motivators!

Workout: The exercises were all very diverse and varied. You will get to take part in circuit training, kayaking, tennis, Muay Thai, Frisbee, yoga and many more. Although some of the exercises are challenging but the trainers are always there to push and help you.

Food: You will get to taste Thai cuisine which is tasty and healthy at the same time.

All in all, I lost 2.8 kgs and dropped 3.5 % body fat in only 7 days. Hence, I feel very satisfied and will definitely carry on with the skills and techniques I have learnt during the bootcamp.”

He also lost 3.5 cm’s from his waist.

Fitness levels and strength levels have gone up a huge notch, and it shows clearly from the before and after fitness test. “It works!” that’s all I have to say. Just follow the diet, do the activities to your best abilities and the results will come. It has to, because they work. Had Tom as my trainer, extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing them, and an amazing motivator. The fresh start workouts and program are very effective, and yes “It works” Will love to train here again. Tom and Pong are amazing, super caring but encouraging and supportive. Thanks for this amazing programme. More people need to know about this.”

Before the bootcamp, I have no desire to do exercise, honestly I am even afraid to start doing work out and even give up easily on doing exercise. So after I decided to join bootcamp, I determined myself that I would follow all the detail of programs till the end. Everyday at the bootcamp was so challenging but gradually I noticed myself that I improved in everything day by day. So here are Ian’s amazing results in just 7 days! He lost a huge 5.7 kilos, 4 Cm’s from his waist and 4.2 % body fat! He also had incredible fitness results. Ira came to Thailand from the UK in search of a Fresh Start. Ira came to see us for 3 weeks and lost an incredible 6 kilos. Ira wrote to Fresh Start recently and it was such a lovely story that I wanted to share it. Here are her incredible before and after photos and the letter she wrote on our closed Facebook page.  We are sharing this with Ira’s permission as she wants to inspire other people. ”Hey Louise, Richard and all the trainers, I just wanted to thank you again for changing my life. Since I left Fresh Start, I made loads of changes that resulted in being with you guys for 3 weeks. I exercise almost everyday, I love my bicycle and I’m a complete kettle bell fan. My flatmate and I used the juicer so much that it’s breaking down to pieces. I’m having Matcha Green Tea smoothies for breakfast, because I still have issues with actually EATING breakfast, but this is something I love (it’s with tofu). I don’t drink coffee anymore, I rarely eat dark meat, I don’t buy dairy and I eat gluten free products. I bake my own buckwheat flour flatbread and pancakes. And I substituted white rice with glutinous black rice, which makes for some real interesting sushi. I have so much energy now, feel healthier and for the first time in years SLEEP better. You opened my eyes and although I still don’t like running up the hill I found things that I LOVE and I will continue doing them. And, somebody told me once “Movement is improvement”.

Ambrose from the South Africa

Ambrose visited Fresh Start fro 3 weeks in October 2014. He was looking for a Fresh Start after selling several successful businesses. This is what Ambrose said in a letter to Fresh Start. ”I am super stoked and pumped. I am keeping up with the exercise and healthy eating!! I am doing power walks up and over Patong Hill, every day except when I play golf or go diving. I have not smoked for the past 2 weeks. Sabai Sabia. The rest of the trip was super. I am now a strong and healthy 78.6 kg! At the start of my journey I was 93.1kg, when I left cape town on 15th August. What I realised was that the weight loss continued after I had left the bootcamp due to the change in my metabolism. He is a fit guy anyway, but look how he improved in just 7 days at Fresh Start. Fresh Start’s Biggest Loser

Scott is our biggest male weight loss loser.  He lost a huge 8.3 kilo’s in just 7 days! Scott opted for a 2 week fitness boot camp with us as one of his goals was to reduce his blood pressure. At the beginning we took his blood pressure and it was 145/90 and he was taking medication afterwards his blood pressure had dropped to 135/86 and amazingly he had stopped taking his medication. It just proves the amazing powers of healthy eating and regular exercise. At the end of the camp Scott wrote this ” The best thing I have ever done for my health and fitness now and for the future! Hence, I will definitely be back. Well done for providing such a complete and comprehensive program”
